PRIVACY POLICY

The operator of the e-shop, Matúš Adamkovič CHARGESTORE, website www.chargestore.sk, ID No.: 53 902 971, VAT ID: SK1127592807, with registered office at Stummerova 2356, 955 01 Topoľčany, Slovak Republic, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders, delivering goods, settling payments, and for necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required by relevant legislation.

1. Basic Provisions

"Personal data" means all information identifying a natural or legal person.

2. Sources of Personal Data

The Controller processes personal data provided by the Buyer with their consent, obtained through the performance of the Purchase Contract and processing of electronic orders on www.chargestore.sk

The Controller processes only identification and contact data necessary for the performance of the Purchase Contract.
Personal data are processed for the purposes of delivery, payment settlement, and communication. Data will not be published or transferred to other countries.

3. Purpose of Processing

The Controller processes the Buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

1. Registration on the website www.chargestore.sk.

2. Processing of the Buyer's electronic order (name, address, e-mail, phone number).

3. Performance of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller.

4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the contract. Without it, the contract cannot be concluded.

4. Data Retention Period

The Controller stores personal data for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and for a period of 3 years

after the termination of the contractual relationship.

After the retention period expires, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.

5. Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties receiving personal data are the Controller's sub-suppliers. Their services are essential for the fulfillment of the Purchase Contract. These include:

• Webnode AG (e-shop platform);

• Slovenská pošta (delivery service);

• Google Analytics (web analysis);

• Packeta (delivery service);

• GLS (delivery service);

• Mailchimp (email marketing system);

• iDoklad (invoicing system).

6. Buyer's Rights

Under the conditions set out in the Act, the Buyer has the right to:

1. Access their personal data;

2. Rectify personal data;

3. Erase personal data;

4. Object to processing;

5. Data portability;

6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at: podpora@chargestore.sk;

7. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their right to protection of personal data has been violated.

7. Security of Personal Data

The Controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the Buyer's personal data.
The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage, including password protection, antivirus software, and regular maintenance of computer systems.

8. Final Provisions

By submitting an electronic order on www.chargestore.sk

, the Buyer confirms they have been informed of the privacy terms and accepts them in full.

The Buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order form.
The Controller is entitled to change these rules at any time. The new version must be published on the website.
